Katie Siegfried - Veterinarian

Dr. Katie Siegfried grew up on the Florida coast before moving to the Great Smoky Mountains, where she attended the University of Tennessee for undergraduate studies majoring in Animal Science and Wildlife & Fisheries.

She later graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. She joined the Baxter Vet family in 2020 and her veterinary interests include pocket pets, reptiles, soft tissue surgery, oncology, and dentistry.

In her free time you can find Dr. Siegfried involved in many outdoor activities such as hiking, sailing, and scuba diving. She lives with her adorable cat Professor Higgins and her turtle Michelangelo.
