Welcome to Daycare at The Inn!

We believe that when pets have exercise and stimulation they are happier and healthier, both physically and mentally. Our daycare guests have lots of off-leash playtime during their stay, with indoor and outdoor play options and playgroups that are tailored to your pet.

Daycare guests must complete an Evaluation Day prior to being approved for Group Play.

Play Passes & Packages

  1 Day Play Pass:        $34

  5 Day Play Package:  $160

10 Day Play Package:  $310

20 Day Play Package:  $595

Passes must be used within 6 months of purchase

Treats and Snacks

Treats and snacks are provided during quiet time to all of our daycare guests. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies that your pet (or family members) may have. A lunch meal can be provided upon request - Please bring your pet’s food from home, pre-measured and individually bagged/labelled.

Medications

Some pets may require a mid-day medication while at daycare. Medications/supplements should be in their original container with clear and current administration instructions. If the medication instructions on the original container are incorrect or illegible, please provide typed updated instructions so that our veterinary team can print an updated prescription label.

Veterinary Evaluation

Should your pet become sick or injured while in our care, one of our veterinarians will provide a complimentary examination. We will attempt to contact you prior to treatment if the medical issue is not life-threatening. If we are not able to reach you or your emergency contact, we will diagnose and treat your pet's symptoms conservatively. Any fees for medical care incurred will be the responsibility of the pet owner and are billed separately from boarding/daycare services.

Reservations and Cancellations

Payments must be made in full and in advance for daycare. Reservations cannot be made unless a Play Pass or Play Package has been purchased.  Passes/packages expire six months after the purchase date. A late pick-up fee will be charged for any daycare guest not picked up by 6pm. If a daycare reservation needs to be changed or canceled, it must be done no later than noon of the day prior to the reservation to allow time to invite other guests from the daycare waitlist.
